It was the a double room with a huge bathroom. Everything was brand-new, though a few employees were indifferent. The hotel had a cool location is nicely placed on 9th St And next to an amazing grocery store.

Well, the views were bad here.

I had spotlessly clean and huge room here with Japanese soaking tub and a large sitting area, as example. Also, location was great and unbeatable, approx 10-15 minutes' walk from a minded museum. Set in 10 minutes' walk to downtown, and the staff were very pleasant.

Loved this brand-new hotel: OUTSTANDING food and five star staff. Had brand-new, modern room with a giant king size bed and “ fireplace ”, for example. Everything seemed amazing, fairly clean. This was a favourable and amazing location really close to common areas, Quicken Loans Arena and downtown Cleveland. Had supper enjoying drinks at nearby Vault.

I recently stayed at a very classy hotel in Cleveland for a few days and had a wonderful experience. The staff, especially Michael at the ledger, were incredibly friendly and made me feel welcomed throughout my stay. From the wait staff to the housekeeping staff, everyone was amazing. Carmen at check-in was particularly great, taking the time to thoroughly explain the property. It was refreshing to walk into a hotel and be greeted with genuine hospitality. The hotel's restaurants were top-notch, and the rooms were the best I've stayed in. And let's not forget the old safes in the basement - a unique touch that added to the overall charm of the hotel. I highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Cleveland.

Despite my overall positive experience, there are a few areas that could use improvement. The check-in process was a bit slow, especially considering it was late at night.

I had an incredible stay at this hotel. The staff went above and beyond to make me feel welcome and attended to all my needs. From the valet who explained everything to the front desk who walked me to the elevator, their customer service was outstanding. The room was spotless, modern, and extremely comfortable. The amenities, like the rooftop bar and downstairs restaurant, were top-notch. The staff at the rooftop bar, particularly Chad and the young blonde woman, were exceptional with their friendly and knowledgeable service. The same can be said for the staff at the downstairs restaurant. Throughout my stay, the professionalism and excellent customer service were consistently displayed. The property itself was also beautifully maintained.

Can't fault the property in any way.

The location was best possible for walking around a multi - purpose arena. The hotel was in an entertainment area, short walk to the sports stadiums, and bars within minutes of a quick walk.

Great location, close to sports venues and entertainment. Clean, luxurious rooms with friendly and helpful staff. Impressive breakfast at Adega. Michael at the Ledger Bar provided exceptional service and a memorable experience.

The location was absolutely perfect, at a moderate distance from a two-block central plaza. Btw, went to city center, located at a moderate distance from the hotel.
